- Pit rollaway super tool-box. Process – what is needed to copy Strike Zone toolbox. Budget to fund – in process
- Boy Scouts (Aaron Lee) Fowlerville team assist (Aaron Lask)
Administration
- School Board meeting 11 June. Golden Star award; Dan DeLisle, and team. Points to present and assignment to Students
- Student Leadership positions, Selection over summer, intent to Build Business side. Hans though to make a list of skills that are needed and then find kids that have those skills. That same idea could apply to finding new mentors.
Miscellaneous
- Trailer preparation - Nathan, Tim and Jim
- IRI - 12 students going - Nathan, Jim, Tim, Ana and the Amblers
- Kettering camps - 3 to go to autonomous, 1 to water game
- Hurco machine training - Jim to go
Room Organization
- need a complaint list - like we can't keep work in progress out because we don't know if it will be in the same condition when we come back
- ideas - more complete tools sets (check a tool bag out), projects may be left out but tools must be put away,
- talk to Hans and Josh
- we have a budget for it

- Sprint Method- plan/design/build/test/review/demo - at the end of every week each sub team presents
LCRA
- need rules of engagement like 'just because you are in LCRA doesn't mean that we have to pick you if we alliance captain'
- looking for a common space for a permanent field for the alliance to practice on
