Authorization for Publicity
This is to certify that I, (Student- own Parent/Guardian/Foster Parent), of
___________________________________ (print student’s first & last name)
give Brighton Area Schools, Brighton Robotics Coaches / Mentors/ Students, or other business/institution, permission to take pictures, individually or in groups, of my son/daughter and to publish for the purpose of publicizing Brighton Robotics and the Brighton TechnoDogs Robotics Team.

I also consent to the use of any printed matter in conjunction therewith.

I hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect and/or approve the finished product or copy or printed matter that may be used in conjunction therewith.

I have read the above authorization, release and agreement prior to its execution and am fully familiar with the content thereof.

Authorization for Photo/Video Recording and Use
I give my permission to Brighton TechnoDogs Robotics Team to video record my child with the understanding that the video recording may be shown via, or to:

• Board of Education
• Brighton Robotics (TechnoDogs/FTC/Lego) Websites
• Brighton Robotics (TechnoDogs/FTC/Lego) Facebook and other social media platforms
• Sponsors
• FIRST Robotics Events and their Participants
• Local News Media
